Three years later…

Ethan received his bone marrow transplant on August 20, 2007. On Wednesday, August 25, 2010, Ethan had his three year post transplant appointments. A day in Boston with several exams and tests conclude he has well-functioning blood, heart and lungs. He is a very healthy 8 1/2 year old boy. Our happiness is unmeasurable…

What a handsome, strong and healthy little boy:) Miracles do happen and Ethan is proof of that fact!
I will now raise a glass every August 20th in celebration of Ethan’s very good health for many, many years to come:)

P.S. I can not get over that Ethan is in 3rd grade now….it seems like yesterday he was a baby/toddler in EI.
