Salmonella Food Poisoning!
Yup. I just got a call from the Doctors office. Someone from the department of health will be calling me today to go over what and where I ate before hand. So the good news is im not contagious but, Johanna just spoke to the Dr’s on Ethan’s floor and they want me to finish the course of antibiotics im on and then get retested before visiting.
It all stared with an intense headache Friday night, shivers in the middle of the night but then Saturday I would function until night time where the headache came back and the other ‘gi’ stuff started and didn’t stop until Tuesday at noon’ish. The fever was pretty much all of Sunday and Monday, constant. Tuesday eventing i was on the mend and know I could go to work on Wed. I felt a little off but did the full day at work Wed and am here again on Thursday feeling almost normal; not ready to get on the treadmill but feeling better.

Yancy – So glad to see it’s “only” food poisoning! Hope you get to visit Ethan really soon. How fabulous that everything is going so well – we knew it would! Keep the faith & thanks for keeping us all in the loop. We read the blog faithfully. Our love and thoughts are with you all.

Han And Yan. I can only imagine how much you are anticipating going home. I have to say thru all of this I am so amazed at your children. You must be so incredibly proud of them. We are still praying each and every day for all of you. This has been quite a trip now hasn’t it! Much love to all . John And Mary
